Uverturii Residence
The Uverturii Residence project has 280 apartments that were divided according to a concept focused on increased housing efficiency, quality finishes and a reasonable price. Consisting of three sections with height regime D + P + 3E + 4ER + 5ER, includes both studios and apartments with 2 and 3 rooms and a generous number of outdoor parking spaces.
The project is located in the western area of the capital (Bucharest, Ajustorului Street 2D), on 11,192 square meters of land. Due to its excellent location, at the intersection of Uverturii Blvd. and Ajustorului Street, it offers easy access to public transportation (Bus Lines 406, 178, 106 and Gorjului Subway Station) as well as to shopping areas: Cora Militari, Militari Shopping Center.
Drumul Taberei Residence
Our first Drumul Taberei Residence project is located in the west of Bucharest, around the Drumul Taberei area – between Timisoara Blvd. and Valea Oltului Street (behind Brancusi-ANL district). The project is located in an area with easy access to public transportation, implicitly, the soon to be finished, Valea Ialomitei Subway station, that is a 10 minute walk. The project consists of 350 studios and 2, 3 or 4 room apartments organized in 5 sections as well as semi-open parking spaces.
The project was started in 2016 and completed in 2018, time during which all 350 apartments were sold.
